Return & Exchange Policy
At Pet Lagoon, we want you to have complete satisfaction with your pet products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You can return your products within a specified time frame for a full refund or exchange for a different product. But please do take note that if you received a damaged item, please reach us out and provide the following:
- Photo of the condition of the parcel after the buyer received it
-Video of the parcel being opened with visible and readable waybill number
Refund will be rejected if you fail to submit these conditions. We will only accept refund within 3 day time frame after the parcel has been delivered.
